The firm's commitment to pro bono, diversity & inclusion and gender balance are just some of the many aspects that make ALG a great place to work.

Having joined ALG in 2011 as a trainee, I feel like part of the furniture now!
I am a Senior Associate in the Disputes & Investigations Group and I mainly work on large commercial litigation matters, both on the advisory and contentious sides. My clients range from the financial institutions to large tech companies and everything in between! The key for me is that the work is varied and challenging and you are continuously learning.
The Partners are very supportive and have really encouraged me to grow as a lawyer. There is significant investment from the firm in its people and I have recently completed a Masters degree as part of Smurfit Business School. The firm's commitment to pro bono, diversity & inclusion and gender balance are just some of the many aspects of the firm that make it a great place to work. Finally, the bonus for me, is that I work with a fantastic team and the culture of the firm is a very friendly, open one which I think makes ALG stand out.
