Commercial Lawyers - Commercial & Technology

As a leading Commercial & Technology practice in Northern Ireland, we are looking for an ambitious qualified solicitors with 1-5 years PQE, who are keen to work on some of the most significant commercial transactions in the jurisdiction.

Our Commercial & Technology team is a rapidly growing business area in our firm. From our Belfast office, we offer a complete legal service across a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial contracts, data protection, AI, cyber security and intellectual property. We provide our clients with innovative and commercial support, offering practical and business-oriented solutions.

Skills and experience required

• Qualified candidates, with 1-5 years PQE
• Experience of working within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm
• A keen interest to learn technically and through our various development programmes
• Excellent drafting skills, solid technical knowledge and good interpersonal ability
• Strong communication, client management and business development skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• A team player who will actively engage with our culture and core values
