Our Real Estate Practice Group is looking for a number of enthusiastic, ambitious solicitors to join the growing team. We are seeking candidates with experience ranging from 2 to 4 years PQE. Our practice is structured so that solicitors are allocated to an individual team, within the overall property practice. Therefore, the successful candidates will work very closely within a team of 8 to 10, which will include fee earners at all levels, from partners to trainees.

The practice group acts for domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers and owners/occupiers across the full range of commercial property transactions. We provide our solicitors with an opportunity to be involved in multi-jurisdictional matters/projects working with an international client base. The role
The practice group advise clients through every stage of the company life-cycle:
- Investment sales and acquisitions
- Development deals
- Lease transactions and portfolio management
- Real estate finance
- Property aspects of corporate transactions
Requirements
- Qualified candidates from 2 to 4 years PQE
- Ideally from a large or medium corporate law firm
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong team and collaborative skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
