ALG contributes to the IBA Taxes Committee submission to the OECD regarding the blueprints

On 12 October 2020, the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS released the Pillar One and Pillar Two Blueprints, together with a public consultation document seeking stakeholder input on the Blueprints. Interested parties were invited to submit their written comments on the Blueprints by 14 December 2020. 

A&L Goodbody tax partner Amelia O'Beirne was among the IBA Taxes Committee Working Group participants to contribute to the IBA Taxes Committee's submission on the Blueprints. In all, submissions were received from over 200 contributors. These will feed into the OECD public consultation, which will be held virtually on 14 and 15 January 2021.
