COVID-19: Remote courts - what to expect
The Irish Courts Service has responded quickly to the COVID-19 crisis, with accelerated rollout of remote hearings and other arrangements being put in place to ensure the continued administration of justice. There will be a learning curve for the judiciary, practitioners and litigants alike as these new processes are implemented.
