ELTIF 2.0 and the Central Bank of Ireland’s authorisation process
The Central Bank of Ireland has today published its new ELTIF chapter in its AIF Rulebook to support the establishment of European long-term investment funds in Ireland under the enhanced ELTIF 2.0 regime. This report highlights key features of the ELTIF regime and issues for fund promoters to consider in establishing an Irish ELTIF.
