FDI Screening by the Irish Government. What does “security or public order” mean under the Irish system?

Ireland’s foreign direct investment (FDI) screening system under the Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (Irish FDI Screening Act) came into effect on 6 January 2025.
