Gender Pay Gap Reporting in Ireland is set to become law
On 7 July 2021, the Gender Pay Gap Information Bill passed all stages of the legislative process in the houses of the Oireachtas. It will now go to the President for consideration and signature. While the implementation of Gender Pay Gap Reporting in Ireland has been in the pipeline for quite some time, the requirement to report the gender pay gap in Ireland is now set to become law.
