Ireland aims for the “Gold Standard of” anti-bribery laws
Later this year Ireland is due to enact anti-bribery laws similar to those laws which are already well established in the UK and US. Overall it appears the Irish government is aiming for the “gold standard” of anti-bribery and corruption legislation.
