ALG advises on the recent sale of the iconic Tesco building in Belfast city centre

Our Belfast office was pleased to advise on the recent sale of the iconic Tesco building in Belfast city centre, acting on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management. 

Described as an “important heritage building”, the 1869 B+ listed building has been acquired by Belfast City Council, which is exploring a range of options for its future use.
