ALG advises The Stars Group on its merger with Flutter Entertainment Plc

A&L Goodbody are delighted to be advising The Stars Group on its high profile merger with Flutter Entertainment Plc (Paddy Power Betfair).

The deal has been described as “truly transformational” for both companies and for the broader industry. Once approved by regulators and shareholders, the enlarged group will become the world’s largest online betting and gaming company.
