ALG wins Company of the Year at National Diversity & Inclusion Awards

A&L Goodbody LLP (ALG) won the Company of the Year Award at the National Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2025 in Dublin. Organised by the Irish Centre for Diversity, these annual awards celebrate outstanding achievements in advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

In awarding the overall title to ALG, the judges commented on the maturity and completeness of our diversity and inclusion strategy, our focus on every pillar and the thoughtfulness of our initiatives both internal and in the community. ALG was also shortlisted for the Advancing Social Inclusion Award for our social mobility and pro bono initiatives.

Commenting on winning Company of the Year, David Widger, Managing Partner at ALG, said: “We pride ourselves on being as inclusive as possible and providing a working environment that allows anyone to flourish, no matter who they are. I would like to sincerely thank everyone in our various D&I committees, all our champions and allies and our pro bono team for making such an impact.
