ALG wins international management award for second year running

ALG’s Knowledge team has won an award at the International Management Excellence awards 2023 for the second year running. The award was in the Best Client Support category for its directors’ knowledge platform, On Board.

In response to the increased regulation and responsibilities faced by company boards and directors, ALG created On Board – a unique online platform for clients. On Board is a repository of legal guidance on the practical challenges facing company directors and general counsel, with a particular focus on governance and regulatory requirements. On Board contains knowhow on a number of legal themes and a video series where ALG partners share their expertise and experience on current challenges facing boards.

We recognised that directors of institutions are faced with particular challenges and the Knowledge Team saw a space to extend our knowledge support to the company board through On Board.
