Catherine Hayden nominated to the District Court
Catherine Hayden, a senior associate in ALG’s Litigation & Commercial Dispute Resolution Department, has been nominated by the Government for appointment as a District Court Judge.
Catherine has been with ALG for over 30 years and is an experienced commercial litigator specialising in large scale commercial disputes with particular experience in injunctions, commercial property, financial services and shareholder disputes.
David Widger, Managing Partner at ALG, said: “Catherine has had a wide and varied career with ALG. Starting in our business services department, and then training and qualifying as a solicitor before becoming one of our most experienced senior associates. Catherine is an inspiration to many and she’ll be missed by us all. We’re delighted for Catherine on her nomination and wish her all the best.”
