Key Trends Shaping Opportunities in the Food and Beverage Sector

On 22 and 23 May, ALG co-sponsored the third annual Food & Beverage Finance Summit, alongside our co-sponsors AIB, KPMG and Goodbody. The event was hosted by University College Cork and was attended by over 140 industry representatives.

The key theme for the invest was “Smart Investing – Sustainability, Health and Wellness” with discussion topics. ALG’s guest speaker, John Kelly, Global eRetail and Centre of Excellence Director of Heineken International discussed why low calorie and non-alcoholic beverages matter and ALG Corporate Partner, Berni Hosty, joined in a panel discussion on the changing M&A market in the food and beverage sector.
