Work Life Balance: New law is wide-ranging
The eagerly anticipated Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 has recently been signed into law. It implements elements of the EU Work-Life Balance Directive which were not already in place and contains further significant new workplace entitlements, such as a right to request remote working and a right to take domestic violence leave.
