Richard Marron

Partner, Corporate and M&A
Richard Marron is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Corporate and M&A practice and has extensive experience in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial advisory work. Richard advises Irish and international public and private companies and investors across a range of industry sectors. Before joining A&L Goodbody, Richard spent a number of years in the Corporate department of a Magic Circle law firm in London.
Noeleen Meehan

Noeleen Meehan

Noeleen Meehan is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Employment Law group with considerable experience advising domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations matters. Noeleen advises clients across a broad range of sectors on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including the defence of complex employment litigation and the conduct of internal HR processes. She also regularly advises corporate clients on large-scale projects, including reorganisations and restructurings, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and large scale outsourcing projects.
Séamus Ó Cróinín

Séamus Ó Cróinín

Partner, Finance
Séamus Ó Cróinín is the Chair of A&L Goodbody and is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Séamus specialises in asset, property and structured finance. He has a particular focus on aviation finance and his clients include European and US credit institutions, private equity investors and aircraft lessors. Séamus also advises European and Irish credit institutions and large corporate borrowers in relation to Irish corporate lending transactions. He has acted for a number of Irish credit institutions and private equity investors in connection with Irish loans/asset portfolio disposals.

Michael Ashe SC, KC

Michael Ashe KC practices as an advocate and advises on business and finance law. He also undertakes advocacy and advice in other common law jurisdictions and has appeared as an expert witness on English and Irish law in foreign courts. He is a canon lawyer in the Catholic Church. Michael also practises at the Bar of Ireland.

Triona Sugrue

Triona Sugrue

Tríona Sugrue is a Knowledge Consultant in the firm’s Employment Practice Group. Tríona has extensive experience advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment issues and representing parties in employment disputes before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts. She provides professional support to the Employment Practice Group and clients in relation to all aspects of employment law. She is a lecturer in Employment Law at the Law Society of Ireland and regularly contributes to publications on employment law topics. She is co-author of Labour and Employment Compliance in Ireland.

Eoghan O’Keeffe is a Knowledge Consultant in the firm’s Technology team. Eoghan O’Keeffe has over eight years of experience providing legal advice in the tech sector. Having worked both as a commercial solicitor and in-house at one of the world's largest social media companies, he brings a wealth of experience to A&L Goodbody’s Technology team. His expertise extends to advising on a range of national and international matters, specialising in data protection, online content regulation, and commercial contracts. He supports the team by delivering updates, summaries, and comprehensive training in the dynamic and growing area of tech regulation.
Michelle McLoughlin

Michelle McLoughlin

Knowledge Consultant, Corporate and M&A
Michelle has more than 20 years’ experience as a corporate transactions lawyer in Ireland. She has advised both domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings, joint ventures and reorganisations. Michelle has been supporting the firm’s corporate team as a Knowledge Consultant since 2022, drafting legal documentation, providing updates regarding changes in company and corporate law and assisting with legal and transactional queries. Her work also involves developing and delivering internal and client training and producing client briefings.
