Brendan McGrath is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Disputes and Investigations group. Brendan is an experienced commercial litigator who advises domestic and international corporate clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters, with an emphasis on financial services, M&A, shareholder disputes and real estate litigation. Brendan has significant experience of handling multi-party litigation in the Irish Commercial Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and has advised a number of Irish, European and U.S. listed companies on multi-billion/million euro/dollar schemes of arrangement, capital restructurings, and cross border mergers. Brendan also regularly advises clients involved in mediation, arbitration and contentious commercial negotiations.
