Chris Stynes is a senior associate in the A&L Goodbody's Environmental & Planning group after joining the firm in 2016. He is an experienced litigator and advises both public and private clients in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious commercial matters. He has particular expertise in advising on the environmental and planning risks which arise for large scale property development, windfarms, wastewater infrastructure and data centres, in both a civil and criminal context. Chris also specialises in FOI/AIE requests, waste law and health and safety law.
