Claire Donnelly is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Asset Management and Investment Funds group whose experience includes advising the promoters of, and service providers to, Irish domiciled investment funds. Claire has experience in advising on the establishment, authorisation and operation of investment funds including UCITS, QIAIFs, RIAIFs, ETFs, and property funds, as well as authorisation of UCITS managers and alternative investment fund managers.

Claire was previously on secondment to WisdomTree UK to support their Irish ETF and European ETC ranges.

Prior to joining ALG in 2018, Claire trained and qualified at an international law firm in London, where she gained experience advising on the structuring, establishment and distribution of open-ended and closed-ended fund structures across a range of onshore and offshore fund jurisdictions, including Ireland, Luxembourg and the Cayman Islands.

Claire is based in ALG's London office.
