Conor Cawley is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Corporate department and part of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) group. Before joining ALG in 2025, Conor worked on two corporate teams active in the high growth tech space.
Conor has experiece advising domestic and international clients in relation to private M&A transactions, series A, B and C funding rounds and private equity transactions, alongside shareholder arrangements, management equity and incentive arrangements, corporate restructuring, and day-to-day corporate governance and advisory matters.
