Dearbhla O'Gorman is a senior associate  in A&L Goodbody's Tax department and advises on all aspects of Irish taxation law.

Dearbhla advises domestic and international clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, investment funds and private equity houses, on all aspects of business and financial taxes, primarily focused on corporation tax matters. Dearbhla has extensive experience advising on a wide range of transactions, including public and private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, inward investment projects, debt and equity capital market transactions, and structured finance transactions. Dearbhla also advises on tax treaty related issues and tax disputes, both domestic and cross-border.
