He also advises on executive service agreements, compensation, and operational restructuring. Elliot has developed a particular focus in conducting independent investigations on behalf of multinational corporate and financial services clients on a broad range of ethical issues including allegations of misconduct, detriment, whistleblowing, and other workplace disputes.
