Enda Hurley is a partner and head of A&L Goodbody’s Litigation Department. Enda advises domestic and international corporate and regulated clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters, including corporate and shareholder disputes, as well as real estate, tax, aviation and financial services disputes.
Enda has a wealth of experience acting on complex, cross-border disputes and investigations and has acted on representative actions and multi-billion euro/dollar schemes of arrangement and capital restructurings in the Commercial division of the Irish High Court and appellate Courts. Enda is accredited by the International Mediation Institute as a qualified mediator and also regularly advises clients in mediation, arbitration and contentious commercial negotiations.
