Prior to joining ALG, she had 14 years' experience working as a director in corporate finance in one of Ireland's leading stockbroking and financial services firms and has advised a wide range of Irish public companies on capital market transactions, takeovers and M&A.

Professional activities
Eugenée has lectured at the Irish Law Society on initial public offerings and has presented at a number of conferences on M&A and on public takeovers. She has also been invited to sit on listing committees operated by Euronext Dublin. She is a member of the investment committee for two of the UK & Ireland SME direct lending funds run by Dunport Capital Management and is a member of the board of Dunport. She is a governor of the National Maternity Hospital, Holles Street and has served on its executive and nominations committees between 2011 and 2020.
