Gillian Cantrell is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group. Gillian is an experienced commercial litigator specialising in large scale commercial disputes with particular experience in the areas of commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, commercial property (with a focus on landlord and tenant disputes), and shareholder disputes. Gillian also has experience in advising on Court sanctioned Corporate Schemes of Arrangement and Share Capital Reductions. Gillian has significant experience in the High Court, Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal. Gillian also has experience of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
