Hugh O'Sullivan is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Asset Management & Investment Funds group. Hugh’s experience includes advising on the formation, structuring and ongoing compliance matters of Irish domiciled UCITS and alternative investment funds across a broad range of assets classes (including equity and fixed income, real assets, hedge, private credit, and stressed/distressed credit).

Prior to joining ALG in 2024, Hugh worked at an US law firm in London, where Hugh gained experience advising on the structuring, establishment and distribution of open-ended and closed ended fund structures across a range of onshore and offshore fund jurisdictions, including Ireland, Luxembourg, Delaware and the Cayman Islands.
