Jack Gordon is an associate in A&L Goodbody’s energy team in Belfast. He advises local and international clients in the energy sector on corporate transactions, the regulatory environment and on bespoke contractual arrangements. Jack has advised on a variety of Corporate and M&A matters in the energy sector, to include acquisitions and disposals, financings, reorganisations and corporate governance arrangements. Jack’s work focuses on renewables including solar, wind, AD and electricity infrastructure. Jack has also assisted our clients in project development matters for large energy projects. His portfolio incorporates complicated advisory work to include the regulation of various activities in the energy sector, the ownership of critical energy assets, the build out of private energy systems and group structural arrangements amongst other matters.
