Jack Kennedy is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Construction & Engineering group. Jack specialises in the areas of construction, property development, project and development finance, forward funding, forward purchases, acquisitions, and sales. Jack has advised in relation to several significant property development and finance transactions including office, residential and mixed-use developments, student accommodation, hotels/aparthotels, retail developments, pharmaceutical, and logistics units. Jack is experienced in drafting and negotiating tender and contract documents, using both bespoke and standard forms (RIAI, JCT, FIDIC, NEC and Public Works), and supporting clients through the ongoing management of a project up to completion.
