Jason McMenamin is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Employment group and acts for a range of clients across a variety of business and industry sectors. Jason regularly advises on all aspects of the employment law relationship, both contentious and non-contentious. This varies from drafting contracts, employment policies and handbooks for employers, to supporting and advising HR and business managers on workplace disputes such as disciplinary, grievance, bullying and harassment issues. Jason also handles terminations, settlement negotiations and claims before the Workplace Relations Commission and the civil courts. Jason also regularly assists our corporate department with corporate employment support for mergers and acquisitions.
