Jason O'Donnell is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody's Real Estate department having joined the firm in 2019 from another leading Irish law firm.

Jason advises on all aspect of property law and has wide ranging experience acting for both business and private clients in relation to a variety of commercial and residential property transactions including advising in relation to site acquisition/development/disposals, landlord/tenant matters including the negotiation of agreements for lease, complex title issues, security reviews, refinancing and loan portfolio sales as well as advising on new developments in the hospitality sector and acting for not for profits. Jason also has experience acting as lead real estate advisor on a number of large-scale M&A transactions and corporate restructuring matters. He has an excellent practical and technical understanding of how to deal with complex unregistered title as well as the requirements of the Property Registration Authority and is also comfortable advising in relation to banking and planning matters.
