Katie O'Connor is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group. Katie’s practice is focused on advising corporate clients on contentious issues with regulatory and white-collar crime aspects. This includes managing engagements with regulators and law enforcement, regulatory risk mitigation, responding to investigations and defending regulatory prosecutions. She has particular expertise in advising clients in the consumer products and services, technology, entertainment and hospitality sectors on product regulation, consumer protection and advertising law.
Katie is also the Head of ALG Solutions, our unique legal solutions offering and Ireland’s largest ‘captive’ alternative legal services provider. ALG Solutions brings together, in-house, the multidisciplinary expertise of lawyers, project managers and technology experts in order to effectively combine smart legal resourcing, process optimisation, advanced use of technology, and project management for our clients. In this role, Katie leverages deep legal expertise and experienced pragmatic approach in providing strategic leadership to the group’s design and delivery of innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients across a range of complex transactional, regulatory contentious matters.
