Mairéad O'Brien is a senior associate in the A&L Goodbody's Disputes & Investigations group where she advises market leading corporates and financial institutions on complex commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. Mairéad's experience spans across large scale commercial and multiparty litigation, crisis litigation, product liability claims, contentious regulatory investigations/enquiries, contractual disputes and mediation.

Mairéad is also experienced in advising clients in managing their relationships with regulators. In particular she has assisted clients dealing with the Revenue Commissioners, An Garda Síochána, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland, Data Protection Commissioner and the Companies Registration Office.

Mairéad is a member of the firm’s White Collar Crime, and Advertising & Marketing specialist practice groups.
