Michael Kennedy is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Construction & Engineering group. Michael advises a broad range of clients in the construction industry in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Michael has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, with particular expertise in statutory adjudication, conciliation, mediation and arbitration. He has represented clients across all tiers of the Irish Courts, with a particular focus on the Commercial Court. Michael is experienced in dealing with disputes arising under the standard forms of contract, bespoke contracts, bonds and PPP agreements.

Michael also advises on contract drafting and contract negotiation across both standard and bespoke forms. Michael was co-author of the Irish section of the International Projects and Construction Law Review book over consecutive editions.
