Michelle Daly is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Michelle’s practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured finance, with particular expertise in mortgage-backed securitisation transactions, loan portfolio disposals, covered bonds and private placements. She also advises on regulatory capital structures and issuances and synthetic securitisations. Michelle also has broad experience on green and sustainability-linked financing including Green and Social Bonds.
