Mollie is an associate in A&L Goodbody’s Employment team in Belfast. Mollie advises a number of the firm’s key clients (both public and private sector employers) on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. With a background in high value, complex litigation, Mollie is frequently involved in assisting clients through Tribunal Litigation and County Court and High Court matters with employment elements. Mollie provides non-contentious advice on a host of employment matters including disciplinary and grievance issues, employment contracts, policies and HR matters. Mollie is also regularly engaged in providing bespoke employment law training sessions to clients.
