Niamh Collins is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Environmental & Planning group. Niamh has experience in advising on planning and environmental law issues, including: reviewing planning application documents and environmental reports, developing consenting strategies for onshore and offshore wind projects, and advising on corporate, property and energy transactions. Niamh has experience in initiating and defending judicial review challenges both in the specialist Environmental Court and in the ordinary High Court judicial review list, including at appeal stage.
