Patrick O’Connor is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Pensions group. Patrick advises scheme trustees, employers and pension providers on all aspects of pension law. He has extensive experience in drafting and amending pension scheme documentation, the interpretation of pensions regulation and Revenue compliance. Patrick is also experienced in trust law matters, managing complaints to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman and pension investment structuring. Patrick joined A&L Goodbody having spent over four years working as a senior associate in another leading Dublin law firm, including a client secondment to a large well-known life office.
