Phil Fogarty is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Corporate department and spends his time between our London and Dublin offices advising clients on Irish and cross-border transactions and legal matters. Phil has experience acting on a range of public and private M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, with particular experience acting for private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and management teams on Irish and cross-border transactions as well as advising on incentive arrangements and general corporate, governance and commercial matters.
Prior to joining ALG, Phil spent a number of years working in the private equity transactions group of a US law firm.
