Phillip is an experienced banking lawyer with a transactional practice focusing on corporate financing, real estate and other asset and acquisition financings. Prior to joining A&L Goodbody Phillip worked in the London offices of a Magic Circle law firm and a major US law firm. During his time in London he undertook a nine month secondment to a global investment bank. Phillip is a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales.
