Rebecca Scott is an associate in the Finance department, specialising in debt capital markets, structured finance, fund financing and general financing transactions. Rebecca has advised lenders, funds, fund managers, trustees, arrangers and corporate entities (both international and domestic) across a wide range of banking, securitisation and financial markets transactions.

Rebecca's relevant experience includes advising:

• the originator and issuer of an RMBS transaction backed by a portfolio of Irish owner-occupied and buy-to-let mortgage loans;
• all aspects of a large issuance of residential mortgage backed securities and the release and re-securitisation of further large loan portfolios for a prominent leading Irish bank structured through a “tap” issuance structure and subsequent issuance;
• all aspects of a large structured finance deals including an ICAV and Unit Trust; and
• the arranger of a large multi-asset securitisation
