Richard has considerable experience and expertise in competition law, State aid, and public procurement across transactional, advisory and contentious matters.
Richard advises on merger notification processes and provides the full range of antitrust advice.
He advises on State aid, including investigations and in litigating before the CJEU; and on the FDI Screening the EU Foreign Subsidies regimes.
Richard also advises on all stages of public procurement processes.
