Ruth is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Belfast office. Having a strong background in commercial and residential property law, Ruth became a full-time clean energy practitioner in 2021 and is well known in the sector. Ruth has garnered considerable experience in energy law in their previous firm, with a niche expertise in the land law aspects of clean energy projects. Ruth acts exclusively for clean energy developers specialising in site assembly and land strategy for energy and infrastructure projects, including on shore wind, solar, anaerobic digestion and energy storage. Ruth’s expertise includes negotiating complex contracts, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
