Seán is a senior associate in the Finance department, specialising in structured finance, debt capital markets, and general financing and restructuring transactions.

Seán has experience advising both domestic and international clients, including banks, arrangers, sponsors, SPVs, fund managers and trustees across a wide range of banking and financial market transactions.

Seán has worked on a variety of bond issuances, including ABS, CLO and RMBS securitisation transactions; and involving listed loan origination programmes; derivatives; and debt financing across a range of asset classes, including trade receivables, consumer loans and precious metals.
