Sinéad O'Connor is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. Sinéad's main practice areas are structured finance, securitisations and capital markets. Sinéad has acted for banks, originators, private investors and corporate entities (both International and Irish) across a wide range of banking, securitisation, financial markets transactions and regulatory capital issuances. She has broad experience in a range of asset classes including RMBS, CMBS, ETC's, trade receivables, consumer loans and auto loans and leases. Sinéad regularly advises corporate and institutional clients on netting and collateral arrangements.
Sinéad is the Irish representative for the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) International Women’s Network (IWN) working to help build a greater gender balance in financial services.
