She has experience in the areas of construction, property development, project and development finance and renewable energy projects. Siobhan has advised in relation to several significant property development and finance transactions including office, residential and mixed-use developments, student accommodation, hotels/aparthotels, retail developments and pharmaceutical, life sciences and agri/food plants. Siobhan also regularly advises on the development and finance of healthcare, and medical facilities, industrial, logistical, and distribution centres and warehouses, and data centres and energy generation centres.

- On complex property development and development finance, including property joint ventures.
- Echelon Data Centres on the design, construction, and commissioning of a number of data centres and an 200MW combined cycle energy centre in Clondalkin, Dublin.
- A joint venture entity between Glanbia Plc and a Dutch dairy producer in relation to the development of a €140m continental cheese-manufacturing facility in Co. Kilkenny.
- Dornan Engineering Group on all construction aspects of acquisition of the company by Turner Construction Company.
- A joint venture developer entity comprised of Royalton and its JV partner in relation to the development of a 785-unit apartment scheme and new mental health facility at St Vincent's Hospital, Fairview.
- Activate Capital in relation to a record €384m financing facility with AIG to fund the construction of over 1,100 apartments, 10,000 sqm of retail and co-working space and 3,000 s,q.m of amenity areas across landmark developments at Grand Canal Harbour in Dublin 8 and an exclusive Claremont development in Howth.
- Glenveagh Properties plc on the construction aspects of the development and forward funding of a PRS development with a value in excess of €200m.
- Savills IM as purchaser in the forward purchase and financing of Tesco and Aldi supermarkets in Adamstown, Dublin from developer Quintain Ireland.
- Oaktree Capital in relation to the development and forward funding of landmark mixed-use development at 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay and 5 Hanover Quay, Dublin.
