Stephen is a senior associate in the Finance department, specialising in structured finance, debt capital markets, fund finance, private equity finance, restructuring and acquisition finance. 

Stephen acts for international and domestic lenders, investors, sponsors and trustees across a wide range of banking, securitisation and financial markets transactions and also advises on general lending, guarantee and security arrangements.

Stephen has broad experience advising lenders and funds in relation to fund finance transactions, including capital call and loan origination facilities. In addition, Stephen regularly acts for international trustees and agents across a variety of structured finance products (both performing and non-performing).
