Talia Cullinan is a lawyer in A&L Goodbody's Finance department. She specialises in finance transactions (including debt, preference share, real estate and development funding and corporate lending). She has worked closely with Irish, South African and other international clients that include major banks, other financial institutions and listed and unlisted companies. Talia also holds a deep understanding of intricate South African financial regulatory laws and has advised major South African and international financial institutions on South African banking and financial regulations. She has also advised clients (on incorporating customised environmental, social and governance considerations in their financing arrangements.

Before joining the firm in February 2024, Talia worked for a leading African law firm in Cape Town.
