A&L Goodbody's Construction & Engineering team works on Ireland's largest and most complex construction and engineering projects. Whether advising on project structures and documentation, mid-stream issues or dispute resolution, we are known for overcoming legal, technical and commercial hurdles. Our experience includes commercial development, public (including utility) infrastructure, manufacturing facilities and power plants. We draft bespoke documentation where required and are familiar with all the standard forms of contract used in Ireland and internationally, and, indeed, drafted the Irish standard public works contracts. We help clients resolve disputes successfully by early advice and through mediation, conciliation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.
