  • Transport Infrastructure Ireland on the Dublin MetroLink project, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the State, including all consenting, environmental, procurement and construction matters.
  • The design and build contractor and services/facilities management contractor on a PPP project for the development and maintenance of seven new community nursing units across Ireland. 
  • Glenveagh Properties PLC on the development joint venture arrangements with Dublin City Council and Fingal County Council, including downstream design and construction issues on an 850 unit mixed tenure residential development at Oscar Traynor Road Dublin 5 and a 1,200 unit mixed tenure residential development at Donabate, Co. Dublin.
  • Glenveagh Properties PLC in respect of the development and construction, letting, and forward-funding of a large hotel development in Dublin City Centre to an International investment fund.
  • KPMG on the procurement and construction of its new landmark Irish headquarters at Harcourt Square in Dublin.
  • A multinational corporation in a complex public-private-partnership dispute relating to the operation and maintenance of a portfolio of healthcare facilities.
  • A publicly-quoted structural steel contractor on the resolution of a final-account dispute relating to the construction of a semiconductor fabrication facility. 
  • A renewable-energy company on the conduct of an ICC arbitration relating to the termination of a design-and-build contractor for various defaults.
  • Lenders on the provision of development finance to a forward funder ICAV in connection with the development and forwarding funding of the Exo Building in the Dublin Docklands. 
  • Development and construction of a number of data centres located in Clondalkin and Grange Castle in Dublin and in Arklow, Co. Wicklow involving the investment of over €1bn including the construction of gas power stations on site (combined capacity of over 100MW) and advices on all gas connection, grid connection and sub-station construction contracts.
  • Development and financing of a mixed use office and residential development at 76 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin including the forward sale of the residential development and sale of the office development to institutional purchasers.
